About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager at Foschini Canal Walk, you will play a central operational role in managing one of Western Cape’s top retail flagship stores. You will co-pilot store operations, lead daily sales execution, manage administrative tasks, and foster an inspiring, customer-centric retail environment.
Operating in a fast-paced women’s apparel, cosmetics, and lifestyle space, you will oversee staff performance, assist with recruitment and team training, and ensure strict compliance with TFG operational guidelines and shrinkage standards. Turnover & Financial Management
