About the Role
As the Store Manager at Totalsports Leratong City Mall, you will serve as the ultimate operational leader and brand ambassador for TFG’s flagship performance store. You will oversee all aspects of daily store performance, from setting sales strategies and managing budgets to developing store staff and driving an inspiring customer service atmosphere.
Operating in a high-volume sports retail environment, you will motivate your team to achieve turnover targets while keeping operating expenses and inventory shrinkage strictly within company benchmarks. This role demands strong business acumen, people management expertise, and a passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyle trends.

Turnover Driving & Financial Management

Formulate and execute strategic store sales plans to consistently meet and exceed turnover targets.

Control inventory shrinkage, execute regular stock counts, and keep stock losses strictly within company parameters.
People Leadership & Staff Development

Lead, recruit, train, and mentor store team members, fostering a high-performance, motivated store culture.
