Role Overview
The Floor Assistant will manage stock replenishment, ensure merchandise is displayed correctly, maintain a tidy workspace, and assist customers in finding products.
Requirements
- Education:
- Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a relevant field (advantageous).
- Languages:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Additional:
- Clear criminal record.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management:
- Replenish shelves and manage stock availability.
- Count and order stock as needed.
- Customer Assistance:
- Help customers locate items and provide excellent service.
- Stock Handling:
- Receive stock according to policies and procedures.
- Workplace Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
