Job Description
We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and manage the dispensary and clinic operations in Clicks Klerksdorp. This role involves ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate dispensing, and the provision of expert advice, all while meeting sales, compliance, and service excellence targets. The Pharmacy Manager will lead a motivated team, driving operational success and fostering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high standards in pharmaceutical care and accurate dispensing of prescriptions.
- Manage operational activities of the dispensary, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administrative tasks in compliance with SAPC regulations.
- Oversee financial management of the dispensary, focusing on meeting dispensary and clinic targets, managing expenses, and optimizing financial outcomes.
- Lead and develop pharmacy staff, including learners and interns, ensuring ongoing development to meet business needs.
- Schedule staff efficiently to ensure full coverage, maintain records of attendance, and comply with HR policies.
- Drive customer service excellence, fostering loyalty and improving club card participation.
- Ensure effective integration between the dispensary, clinic, and healthcare aisles to offer a comprehensive healthcare service to customers.
- Support the company’s vision and values while leading a high-performing team culture that ensures employee satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post-community service
- Minimum 1 year of people management experience
- Registration as a Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC
- Retail pharmacy experience (desirable)
- Unisolve experience (desirable)

- Registered Pharmacist with SAPC
