Position Overview

Prestige Cosmetics Group is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant for Chanel at Woolworths Midlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience. This role requires strong retail awareness, skincare knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships within a high-end retail environment.

You will play a key role in representing the Chanel brand while ensuring sales targets and service standards are consistently achieved.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Targets

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets
  • Track individual and counter performance targets
  • Drive product sales and meet revenue goals
  • Support promotional and in-store events

Brand Representation

  • Maintain luxury brand image through grooming and presentation standards
  • Ensure merchandising guidelines are strictly followed
  • Monitor competitor activity within store
  • Maintain stock awareness and report shortages

Customer Experience

  • Deliver premium customer service aligned with brand expectations
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage loyalty
  • Grow the customer database through new client acquisition

Administration Duties

  • Complete daily and weekly tracking reports
  • Maintain accurate client records and customer profiles
  • Submit reports timeously to management

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues and retail partners
  • Support new team members with onboarding
  • Contribute to team sales performance and store success

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Previous retail experience (essential)
  • Skincare or beauty experience (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for luxury retail and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
