Position Overview
The Beauty Consultant – Chanel role is based at Woolworths Walmer in Gqeberha. This position focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the premium image of the Chanel brand.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with retail sales experience, skincare knowledge, and a passion for cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Track individual and counter performance
- Drive sales through product recommendations and promotions
- Support in-store events and promotional campaigns
- Report sales challenges and opportunities
Brand Management
- Maintain brand image through grooming and uniform standards
- Monitor competitor activity and in-store ranking
- Ensure stock is merchandised according to guidelines
- Track stock vs tester ratio and report shortages
- Maintain high hygiene standards at all times
Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury standards
- Build strong client relationships and loyalty
- Grow customer database by attracting new clients
Administration
- Complete daily and weekly sales tracking reports
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Submit required reports on time
Teamwork
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Assist with onboarding and supporting new staff
- Build strong relationships with retail partners
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Previous retail and skincare experience
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and customer service
