Position Overview

The Influencer Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This includes sourcing influencers, managing bookings, coordinating content delivery, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing & Talent Matching

  • Identify influencers aligned with campaign goals and target audiences
  • Match talent to briefs based on engagement, audience, and brand fit
  • Build and maintain an updated influencer database

Booking & Negotiation

  • Manage influencer outreach, bookings, and contract negotiations
  • Negotiate rates within budget and campaign requirements
  • Ensure clear agreements on deliverables, timelines, and usage rights

Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to execution
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and posting schedules
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and paid media teams

Trend Research & Content Insight

  • Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends
  • Identify high-performing content formats and ideas
  • Provide insights to improve campaign briefs and performance

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track influencer campaign performance metrics
  • Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion-related data
  • Compile detailed post-campaign reports with insights

Administration & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, bookings, and payments
  • Ensure deliverables are received and properly archived
  • Support invoicing and payment tracking processes

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related role
  • Proven experience with influencer bookings and rate negotiations
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Knowledge of influencer performance metrics and campaign analysis
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
