Position Overview
Motus Corporation is seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrator: Service Advisor – Multifranchise Fourways to join its dealership team in Midrand.
The role acts as the key communication link between customers and the technical service team, ensuring smooth coordination of vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate must be able to manage customer expectations, provide accurate service estimates, and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Welcome customers professionally and ensure a positive service experience
- Understand and interpret customer vehicle service needs
- Maintain continuous communication with customers during repair processes
- Handle customer queries and complaints through CRM systems
Service Coordination & Estimates
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair requirements
- Provide accurate timelines for service completion
- Liaise with technicians to ensure correct diagnostics and repairs
- Schedule service appointments and manage workshop flow
Administration & Documentation
- Maintain job cards, invoices, service sheets, and warranty claims
- Ensure accurate completion of all dealership service records
- Update and maintain customer databases
- Assist with service reporting and documentation processes
Operational Support
- Coordinate alternative transport, shuttle services, and rentals
- Support service department efficiency and workflow
- Assist in achieving dealership service standards and targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Promote additional services and maintenance offerings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Attend OEM and dealership training programs
- Stay updated on vehicle systems, warranties, and service procedures
- Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid, unendorsed driver’s licence
- Computer literate (MS Office and dealership systems)
- Knowledge of dealership processes (advantageous)
- Understanding of motor industry operations (advantageous)
- Basic numerical ability
