Position Overview
Faircape is currently recruiting a Brand Manager to take full ownership of the Faircape Life brand. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing professional who understands how to position a premium brand, drive lead generation, and increase sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Ownership & Strategy
- Take full ownership of the Faircape Life brand strategy
- Continuously refine brand positioning for growth and market relevance
- Align brand initiatives with business goals and revenue targets
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales conversion rates
- Optimise the customer journey for better engagement and results
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Oversee digital marketing platforms, content, and performance tracking
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
PR & Market Positioning
- Drive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Build strong brand presence in the property and retirement sector
- Identify partnership and growth opportunities
Insights & Performance Tracking
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics
- Continuously optimise strategies for improved results
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience
- Proven experience in brand management and marketing strategy
- Strong background in lead generation and campaign execution
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics
- Knowledge of the property or retirement sector (advantageous)
- Experience in luxury or premium brand environments
