Position Overview
ADvTECH is currently recruiting a Teacher – English (Intersen Phase) at Trinityhouse Randpark Ridge Preparatory School.
This role involves delivering engaging English instruction to intermediate phase learners, supporting literacy development, and fostering critical thinking skills in a structured and inspiring learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Delivery
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Support learners in developing reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills
- Encourage critical thinking and independent learning
Assessment & Reporting
- Conduct continuous learner assessments
- Provide accurate academic reports and feedback
- Track learner progress and development
Classroom & Behaviour Management
- Maintain a positive, disciplined learning environment

School Representation
- Act as a professional ambassador for the school

Minimum Requirements
Education
- Undergraduate Degree (NQF Level 6)
- PGCE or B.Ed (Intermediate / Intersen / Senior Phase)
- SACE Registration (mandatory)
Experience
- 2–5 years teaching experience
- Experience in English teaching within intermediate or preparatory phase (advantageous)
Additional Requirements
- Police clearance certificate
- First Aid certification
- Computer and digital literacy
