Position Overview: Waiter – Malekane
Pedros is currently recruiting a Waiter for an upcoming high-performance store in Malekane, Steelpoort. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The successful candidate will ensure that customers receive excellent service while maintaining food quality and hygiene standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Prepare and serve menu items according to SOP guidelines
- Maintain speed of service while ensuring product quality
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience
- Support front-of-house and general restaurant operations
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
