Position Overview: Graduate Trainee – Human Resources
TWK Agri is offering a Graduate Trainee: Human Resources Programme for 2024/2025 graduates looking to build a career in HR.
This 12-month programme provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and HR administration within a professional business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and employee administration
- Assist with training and development coordination and records
- Support performance management processes and reporting
- Capture and maintain employee data on HR systems
- Assist with HR reports and internal projects
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour legislation
- Handle HR queries and employee communication
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Participate in training, mentorship, and assessments
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Degree completed in 2024 or 2025 in:
- Human Resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Labour Relations or related field
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
- Strong administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn and adapt
