Position Overview: Clerk – Admin (Financial Services)

TWK Agri is seeking a Clerk: Admin to join its Financial Services division in Nelspruit.

This role focuses on providing administrative support within the Medical Aid and Insurance department, including claims processing, hospital authorisations, client service, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative duties related to insurance and medical schemes
  • Process and monitor claims efficiently
  • Manage hospital authorisations and related documentation
  • Provide general client service and support
  • Capture and maintain accurate data records
  • Liaise with clients and brokers regularly
  • Log all communication and maintain CRM database
  • Prepare documents and process correspondence
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in the insurance industry (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, CRM systems)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
