Position Overview: Marketer – Input Products
TWK Agri is seeking a results-driven Marketer: Input Products to join its Trade division in Pongola.
This role focuses on marketing and selling agricultural input products, building strong relationships with farmers, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Provide expert advice on agricultural input products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Market and sell agricultural input products
- Process customer orders efficiently with client approval
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Engage prospective customers and expand client base
- Conduct regular visits to customers and potential clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- 3–5 years’ experience in agricultural sales and marketing
- Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Advantageous Qualifications
- Qualification in Agriculture, Marketing, or Sales
- AVCASA Certificate
- BASOS Certificate
