Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in:
    • Business Management
    • Operations Management
    • Engineering
    • Or related field

Experience

  • 8–10 years’ senior management experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale operations

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced computer literacy in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft PowerPoint

Other Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel when required
