Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee smooth, efficient, and safe production processes.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure coordination of essential services.
- Develop and evaluate departmental policies, processes, and priorities.
- Lead and supervise a team to ensure the highest manufacturing standards.
- Assess and promote staff to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Track performance goals and make adjustments as necessary.
- Hire, train, and oversee production employees.
- Create and manage budgets, monitor output, and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Degree in Production Management.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as a Production Manager in a factory setting.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing and lean six sigma principles.
- Experience with production planning and schedule management.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with ISO Standards and Six Sigma methodology.
- Expertise in Kaizen, Kanban, and standard operating procedures.
