Overview:

WeBuyCars is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Junior Technical Advisor to join our dynamic contact centre team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to customers, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Answer incoming calls from customers seeking technical assistance and provide clear, accurate solutions.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues and offer effective solutions over the phone.
  • Escalation Management:
    • Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team or department for further resolution.
  • Documentation:
    • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and efficient service.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on technical products and services to offer accurate and relevant advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical knowledge of automotive products and services.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to technical issues.
  • Customer Service Focus:
    • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Adaptability:
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in using call centre software and customer relationship management tools.
