Hollywoodbets, one of South Africa’s biggest success stories, is seeking an Operations Support Consultant for their Contact Centre team in Umhlanga. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative and operational support to help drive the efficiency and success of the Contact Centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication & Coordination: Communicate new procedures, circulars, and memos to Contact Centre departments and assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Financial Administration: Request and review monthly expense breakdowns from various departments to ensure accuracy and relevance. Ensure that expenditure is tracked by business unit and line item.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze bottom performer reports and ensure that the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process is implemented and followed.
- Data Management: Manage requests for POPI sensitive data, ensuring data erasure and Gambling Board queries are processed correctly and on time.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties such as stock control, ordering new items, tracking time sheets, overtime, and attendance. Support the Contact Centre team with ad hoc tasks.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, including team-building activities, theme days, and charity drives. Help plan and implement projects within the Contact Centre.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to the Senior Operations Manager and Head of Contact Centres on attendance, trends, and performance metrics.
- Transport & Terminations: Organize transport for team members, track absentees, and manage terminations and leave records on the relevant systems (HIS and ESS).
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of administration management experience, with at least 2-3 years in operations admin or support, ideally within a Contact Centre.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
Bonus to Have:
- Degree/Diploma in a related field.
- Knowledge of Contact Centre admin support processes.
