WeBuyCars is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at the Brackenfell branch in Cape Town. If you’re passionate about cars, have a proven track record in sales, and excel in customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle.
- Keep up-to-date with the inventory, making knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
- Conduct test drives, providing detailed explanations of vehicle features and answering customer questions.
- Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to close deals that satisfy both the customer and the dealership.
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Desired Skills and Qualities:
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers and assess their needs.
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a resilient, ambitious, and energetic approach.
- Knowledgeable about vehicles and their features.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous, especially in the automotive sector.
- A proven sales track record with references.
- Must have your own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Applicants must reside within a 40 km radius from Montagu Drive Warehouse.
