This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about pre-owned vehicles and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will engage with prospective clients and match them with the right vehicle to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Actively engage with prospective customers, understanding their vehicle needs and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our constantly changing car inventory and utilize this knowledge to encourage customers to make informed purchases.
- Test Drives & Demonstrations:
- Accompany clients on test drives, showcasing the vehicle’s features and answering any questions to ensure a thorough understanding of the car.
- Sales Facilitation:
- Understand costs, potential add-ons, and pricing structures to present customers with the best possible options.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate a deal that satisfies the customer and maximizes returns for the dealership.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their requirements.
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related field.
- Strong commitment to meeting sales targets.
- Expertise in guiding customers through the deal process and closing sales.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and an understanding of customer needs.
- Resilience, ambition, and a target-driven mindset.
Further Requirements:
- Education:
- Minimum Grade 12.
- Experience:
- Proven track record in vehicle sales with contactable references.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Other:
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
