Role Overview
We are looking for a Fuel Attendant to join the VKB Fuels team in Senekal. This position is key in providing excellent customer service related to fuel and lubricants, ensuring accuracy in fuel sales, and assisting with balancing fuel transactions.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
- License: Code 14 driver’s license with PDP (PrDP).
- Skills: Numerate and precise with good decision-making ability.
- Other: Clean criminal record and ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer fuel and lubricant requirements.
- Balance fuel sales at the end of each shift.
- Identify discrepancies and take steps to resolve them.
- Ensure customers receive the correct fuel type for their vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
