Job Overview
Hollywoodbets is looking for Sales Agents (Field) to join their team in Bloemfontein. This role is focused on mobile sales and customer engagement, with responsibilities that include reaching sales targets, promoting mobile products, and expanding the mobile customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
✔ Mobile Product Sales: Demonstrate and explain mobile products to influence punters to purchase or use services.
✔ Customer Support: Assist clients with account setup, answering betting queries, and ensuring customers are familiar with using the mobile app.
✔ New Account Sign-Ups: Guide customers in opening new accounts and submitting FICA documents.
✔ Promotions & Activations: Drive mobile marketing campaigns and set up displays at events and outlets to attract new customers.
✔ Sales Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
✔ Tidy Work Areas: Ensure workspaces are neat and present a positive image to customers.
✔ Mobile Equipment Management: Safeguard and maintain all mobile equipment.
Additional Responsibilities:
✔ Complete required training on Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.
✔ Roaming Duties: Be flexible to move between different branches and stores as needed.
✔ Perform other related duties as required by management.
Job Requirements
✅ Education & Experience:
✔ Matric (a bonus).
✔ Previous experience as a promoter or in a similar sales role is a plus.
✅ Skills & Competencies:
✔ Excellent Communication & Listening Skills – Ability to engage customers effectively.
✔ Sales Driven – Focus on achieving sales targets and increasing mobile sign-ups.
✔ Mobile Betting Knowledge – Understanding of mobile and internet betting, as well as betting procedures.
✔ System & Sales Knowledge – Strong familiarity with sales systems and processes.
