Job Overview
Hollywoodbets is seeking VIP Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of their branches. The role requires attention to detail, surveillance, and proactive measures to prevent theft and maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Security & Surveillance:
✔ Premises Security: Perform perimeter checks and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of the branch.
✔ Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols, both inside and outside the premises, including entrances, parking areas, and back areas.
✔ Vigilance: Stay alert at all times, especially during branch opening and closing, to detect and report suspicious activity.
✔ Emergency Preparedness: Carry and use panic buttons, two-way radios, and earpieces to maintain open communication and respond to emergencies.
✔ Scanning & Checking: Use scanners to search guests and ensure compliance with entry rules (e.g., no bags inside).
✔ Traffic Control: Direct foot traffic and vehicles on the premises for smooth operations.
✔ Equipment Management: Ensure two-way radios and panic buttons are in working order and charged for use during shifts.
✔ End-of-Day Procedure: Ensure security during branch closing by minimizing entry and securing exits.
✔ Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports and assist with stock receiving, alarm tests, and other duties as needed.
Customer Service:
✔ First Impressions Matter: Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
✔ Complaint Handling: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
✔ Positive Culture: Help foster a guest-centric atmosphere and promote a welcoming environment.
Compliance & Conduct:
✔ Ensure full adherence to the Hollywoodbets uniform code and policies.
✔ Maintain high standards of conduct (no cell phones, no smoking, no accepting tips).
✔ Follow all regulatory requirements (e.g., no alcohol, no minors, no weapons on premises).
Job Requirements
✅ Experience & Qualifications:
✔ PSIRA Registration (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).
✔ Previous security experience.
✅ Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Ability to maintain physical fitness to meet job demands.
✔ Strong sense of accountability and customer service focus.
