Job Overview

Empact Group is hiring a Facilitator (Trainer), Assessor & Moderator to lead Learnership training, assessments, and moderation in the hygiene and cleaning industry. Salary

💰 R1 – R18,000 per month

Minimum Requirements

✅ Education:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Further Education & Training Certificate: ODETD (NQF Level 4+ is an advantage)
  ✅ Certification: Registered Assessor & Moderator with SSETA for:
• SAQA ID – 57937 (NQF Level 1)
• SAQA ID – 36233 (NQF Level 2)
• SAQA ID – 20175 (NQF Level 3)
  ✅ Experience:
• Hygiene & cleaning industry qualifications and hands-on experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Key Responsibilities

📌 Facilitate skills development training and learnership programs
📌 Conduct assessments, moderations, and post-course evaluations
📌 Develop lesson plans, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with training standards
