Job Summary:
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Driving Instructor to facilitate, assess, and present driver training programs (both classroom-based and practical in-car assessments). The role requires compliance with industry regulations, training standards, and best practices. The job may include regional travel, night shifts, and weekend work.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Driver’s License (EB)
✔ Certified K53 Driving Instructor (Valid certificate from a Provincial Traffic Training College or MasterDrive)
✔ Matric (Grade 12 / NQF 4)
✔ PSIRA Grades E-B Certification
✔ Registered Assessor with ETDP SETA & SASSETA
✔ At least 3 years of driving experience
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Clear Criminal Record
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct driver training sessions (theory and practical)
- Assess driving competency based on K53 and company standards
- Maintain accurate training records & reports
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations & safety standards
- Conduct regional branch visits and adapt to irregular hours, night shifts & weekends as required
