Job Summary:
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Payroll Clerk at the Westville Branch to assist with payroll processing, reporting, and administration. The ideal candidate should have SAP experience, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to handle payroll queries.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Matric (Grade 12) – Post-matric qualification is an advantage
✔ At least 2 years’ payroll experience
✔ Experience with SAP (essential)
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
✔ Strong data capturing and administrative skills
✔ Team player with a willingness to work extended hours
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing & Reporting
- Update all time-recording documents.
- Compile payroll input and ensure accurate earnings/deductions processing.
- Verify payslips against payroll input.
- Generate monthly payroll reports & statistics.
- Ensure all employees are registered for Provident Fund.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries.
- Maintain UIF procedures and compliance.
