Role Purpose

The Admin Assistant will manage all operational administration to ensure smooth delivery of client services inland in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The role will involve liaising between operations teams and clients and overseeing the portal management.

Main Outputs:

  • Coordinate operational requirements (uniform orders, staff lists, one-off work)
  • Handle quotations for non-contractual work and follow up on purchase orders with the client
  • Proactively engage with the General Manager to improve operational turnaround times and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate Absa-related operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company and client policies
  • Ensure administration functions comply with contractual and governance standards
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Manage performance and conflicts within subordinate employees and effect corrective actions
  • Submit monthly financial reports, including account reconciliations
  • Oversee cleaning of ATM’s, manage regional teams, and provide cleaning reports
  • Reconcile weekly ATM cleans, highlight anomalies, and communicate contingency plans
  • Organize quarterly SLA meetings with General Managers to share reports
  • Manage accounts/financial meetings with clients to handle debtors on the account

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary Education: Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration, Financial Management, or related field
  • Secondary Education: Matric (Senior Certificate)
  • Experience: Entry-level position for graduates
  • IT Skills: General MS Office training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook at an intermediate level)
