Job Description

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking hardworking, energetic, and reliable Cleaners for potential future roles within healthcare sites in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a Talent Pool opportunity, meaning that while this is not an active vacancy, candidates who register will be considered for future relevant roles within Tsebo Cleaning Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and take action on cleaning opportunities, in addition to routine tasks.
• Complete cleaning tasks within specified timeframes.
• Clean offices/wards, public areas, and other specified areas as directed by the Line Manager.
• Maintain Tsebo’s hygiene standards and follow prescribed cleaning procedures.
• Build and promote positive customer and client relationships.

Skills and Competencies

• Good personal appearance and hygiene.
• Strong soft skills, including the ability to smile and greet clients.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail.
• High energy levels and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/11 or relevant cleaning experience.
• Previous experience in cleaning or a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of how to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., buffing machine) is advantageous.
