Job Description
Fedics is recruiting for a Project Manager Healthcare to oversee the daily operations within the designated segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards for deliverables, managing client relations, supporting site management, and ensuring adherence to site-specific SLAs. This role requires a strong leader who can manage sites within budgetary guidelines, meet growth targets, and maintain standards in line with best business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership to catering managers and their teams.
- Ensure the company’s image is upheld through excellent client relationships, service quality, product quality, and productivity.
- Manage within the division’s financial budget and guidelines.
- Implement company standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with legislation.
- Perform well under pressure and in a demanding environment.
- Maintain quality control in line with company standards.
- Oversee cash management, including debtors, stock checks, and cash checks.
- Conduct site visits and manage client relationships effectively.
- Support and develop site management teams to ensure optimal performance.
Skills and Competencies
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the catering industry.
- Experience in managing large teams and a diverse client portfolio.
- Drivers license and own vehicle.
- Knowledge of Infection Control and Safety regulations in healthcare environments.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and contracts efficiently.
- Strong business acumen with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Client-service oriented and able to handle large multi-site operations.
- Ability to build and maintain a motivated team in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- Matric.
- National Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
- Minimum of 4 years management experience in a similar role.
- Multiple unit operations experience.
- My Market & Menutec experience is advantageous.
- Drivers license and own vehicle required.
