Job Opportunity: Sales Agent Field – Pretoria
We are looking for Sales Agent Field professionals to join our growing team in Pretoria. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Agent Field, you will represent the Hollywoodbets brand in the field, driving mobile sales, assisting clients with account activations, and ensuring new customers experience the full benefits of our mobile platforms.
This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with occasional travel required for events, activations, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Agent Field at Hollywoodbets, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our mobile betting platform. Your main responsibilities include:
1. Customer Service & Account Activations

Assist new and existing clients with opening betting accounts.

Guide customers through the process of submitting correct FICA documentation (valid ID, proof of address).
-
Educate new customers on how to claim and use their sign-up bonus, ensuring they place their first bet successfully.

Provide assistance with betting queries to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
2. Sales & Mobile Marketing

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activation targets.

Drive mobile marketing campaigns to promote Hollywoodbets’ mobile app and services.

Demonstrate and explain mobile products, usage methods, and value propositions to encourage sign-ups.

Actively sell and upsell Hollywoodbets’ products by understanding customer needs.
3. Brand Promotion & Visibility

Set up displays and activations at retail outlets, events, and promotional locations.

Represent the Hollywoodbets brand positively and professionally at all times.

Create engaging and innovative customer experiences to attract potential punters.
4. Administration & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Submit daily reports on sales progress to management.

Safeguard and maintain all mobile equipment used during activations.
5. Training & Development
-
Complete weekly training on Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels to remain updated with product knowledge.

Keep up to date with changes in betting markets and new product offerings.
6. Flexibility
-
Be available to roam between different branches and retail stores depending on operational needs.

Perform additional duties as assigned within the business.
