Position Overview

The Administrator: Forensics plays a critical role in identifying, analysing, and preventing financial crime. This position focuses on transforming intelligence and data into actionable insights to safeguard Liberty’s operations and clients. By applying advanced analytical tools and maintaining key relationships, you will help the organisation minimise risk and protect its reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intelligence Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of intelligence reports and other data sources to detect trends, patterns, and potential risks.

  • Information Enrichment: Use analytics tools to convert raw data into actionable intelligence that supports decision-making and risk mitigation.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all project requirements are fully understood and met.

  • Data Gathering & Evaluation: Research and evaluate information to identify gaps and produce intelligence products for investigative and compliance strategies.

  • Reporting & Briefings: Prepare clear written and verbal reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement: Remain current with the latest forensic and intelligence techniques to ensure best practices are implemented.

  • Compliance: Adhere to all confidentiality, sensitivity, and legislative requirements when managing intelligence systems and data.

  • Information Management: Organise and store information in line with company data models, policies, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Studies, Risk Management, or Fraud Investigation.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in fraud environments such as transactional fraud, application fraud, online fraud, or loss control.

  • Understanding of risk management principles and familiarity with fraud investigation techniques.
