Position Overview

SSK is seeking a General Worker for its Agriland store in Riversdale. This role is ideal for a reliable, safety-conscious individual who can perform physical tasks, maintain store hygiene, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic agricultural retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain general housekeeping and ensure store hygiene standards are met
  • Perform operational tasks and manual labour as required
  • Assist in risk management and ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Carry out general tasks and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Follow instructions and support store operations in a safe and efficient manner

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English
  • Good mental and physical health; able to lift heavy items and work in active, challenging conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
