Position Overview

The Senior Student Recruitment Advisor plays a critical role in achieving student recruitment targets through active engagement with prospective students and parents. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing leads, appointments, applications, and registrations while representing the NewBridge Graduate Institute brand in schools, career expos, and recruitment events. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-driven, and experienced in higher education sales or student recruitment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging presentations at targeted schools and distribute marketing materials
  • Represent the institute professionally at career expos and events
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly Calling and WhatsApp targets to prospective students
  • Conduct high-energy interviews to meet application and registration targets
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all programs, module structures, pricing, and bursaries to advise students and parents accurately
  • Update and manage the CRM/Dashboard system for all leads and recruitment activities
  • Participate in weekly campus sales meetings to report on activities, resolve challenges, and implement solutions
  • Attend ongoing product knowledge and sales training sessions
  • Execute recruitment activities aligned with the campus sales and marketing plan
  • Work extended hours during peak registration periods and special events, including Open Days and Information Evenings

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant Undergraduate Degree in Management, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience with a proven track record
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
  • Target-driven, methodical, and able to handle pressure
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in higher education sales preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (compulsory)
