Position Overview
The Senior Procurement Officer will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations related to marketing materials, office supplies, and corporate purchasing requirements.
The role requires close collaboration with department heads and internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure contracts that align with company objectives.
This position requires strong expertise in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, procurement compliance, and cost optimisation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Centralised Procurement Management
- Manage procurement of marketing materials, office supplies, and corporate operational items
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procurement policies and procedures
- Maintain cost efficiency while ensuring high-quality materials and services
- Monitor procurement timelines and delivery schedules
Departmental Liaison and Stakeholder Support
- Serve as the primary procurement contact for department heads and internal stakeholders
- Assist departments in identifying procurement requirements
- Provide guidance on cost-effective sourcing solutions
- Ensure procurement aligns with departmental budgets and operational timelines
Quote Management and Supplier Negotiation
- Source and evaluate multiple supplier quotations for competitive pricing

Supplier Relationship Management

Market Research and Vendor Management

Minimum Requirements
