📌 Job Overview
Pedros is seeking a Senior Store Manager to oversee the overall operations of the Tokai store, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, stock, and operational standards while driving sales and team performance.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall restaurant/take-away operations
- Maintain food quality standards and Pedros SOPs
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders
- Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels
- Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets
- Manage staff including discipline, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Conduct daily opening and closing procedures
- Implement marketing and promotion activities in-store
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead training programs and staff development
- Conduct regular structured staff meetings
- Lead recruitment, selection, and monitoring of team performance
🎓 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment
- Experience in Micros POS system (advantageous)
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
