Position Overview
Multiform Human Development is currently seeking a highly experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at a retail store within a family entertainment environment in Randburg, Gauteng.
The successful candidate will lead daily store operations, manage staff performance, monitor inventory and sales activities, and ensure that customers receive outstanding service during their visit.
This role requires a results-driven leader who can drive sales performance, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations and achieving business objectives.
Store Operations Management
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and merchandising activities
- Ensure operational procedures and company policies are followed
Team Leadership and Staff Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to employees
- Maintain high team morale and customer service standards
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals
- Monitor store sales performance and implement improvements where needed
- Promote effective sales techniques and merchandising strategies

Minimum Requirements
Candidates interested in this position should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail or store management
- Experience in family entertainment, hospitality, or retail environments will be advantageous
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic accounting practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
