We are seeking a driven and ambitious Beauty Consultant – Chanel to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple retail locations.
Position Overview
As a Roaming Beauty Consultant, you will represent the Chanel brand at various retail partners, driving sales, enhancing customer engagement, and maintaining brand standards. This role is ideal for a confident, adaptable, and passionate sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Counter Sales Targets
- Meet monthly and annual sales budgets
- Track individual and counter targets
- Sell and drive sales to achieve objectives
- Support and execute sales at counter events
- Provide feedback on sales and customer-related issues
Brand Management
- Uphold Chanel brand standards, grooming, and uniform requirements
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
- Maintain stock merchandising and counter hygiene
- Report stock levels and out-of-stock items to Retail Development Manager
Client Experience
- Deliver consistent, exceptional client experiences
- Build relationships and loyalty with clients
- Expand customer database through new client engagement
Administration
- Complete daily tracking sheets and weekly reports
- Maintain updated client records and files
- Ensure CRM processes are followed accurately
Team Work
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and event goals
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Foster strong relationships with retail partners

Requirements / Qualifications
- Matric certificate
- Previous retail and skincare experience
- Certificate in Beauty/Somatology advantageous
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts as required
- Own reliable transport
