1️⃣ Fragrance Advisor – Chanel
Locations: Menlyn, Mall of Africa, Sandton, Constantia, Hemingways, Western Cape
Purpose: Provide exceptional client experiences, maximise sales and profitability, and enhance the Chanel brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Merchandise stock and maintain brand standards
- Build client relationships, loyalty, and expand the customer database
- Support events, launches, and retailer activities
- Maintain administrative reports and CRM updates
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- At least 2 years cosmetics/fragrance retail experience
- Team player, active learner, and problem-solver
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts
- Own transport
2️⃣ Beauty Consultant – Shiseido Skincare
Location: Woolworths Canal Walk, Cape Town
Purpose: Drive sales, maintain high client experience standards, and uphold the Shiseido brand image at the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve counter sales targets and individual goals
- Build client relationships and expand customer database
- Maintain counter hygiene and merchandising standards
- Assist with events, promotions, and product launches
- Complete daily tracking sheets, client card updates, and reporting
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- Previous retail and skincare experience
