To strengthen operational efficiency within its Merchant Division, Lesaka is seeking a National Sales Admin Co-Ordinator to oversee national administrative processes and ensure system accuracy across multiple regions.
Position Overview
The National Sales Admin Co-Ordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing administrative workflows across regional sales teams. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, system compliance, and operational efficiency while ensuring administrative processes align with company policies.
This role also serves as a key escalation point for system-related issues, oversees ticket queues, monitors service level agreements (SLAs), and ensures national administrative standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities
National Administrative Oversight
- Provide national oversight of administrative processes across multiple regions
- Ensure operational workflows follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain consistency and compliance in administrative practices
Systems & Data Management
- Monitor system data accuracy and consistency
- Identify and resolve system inconsistencies affecting operations
- Support system improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting
Ticketing & Workflow Management
- Oversee administrative ticket queues and support processes
- Ensure support requests are handled within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Act as the primary escalation point for administrative or system-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges
- Monitor issue resolution timelines to ensure efficient outcomes
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track and report on operational performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows
- Support the development of improved reporting systems and operational tools
Minimum Requirements
Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:
- BCom Degree or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of administrative experience
- Experience working in operational or sales administration environments
- Strong understanding of administrative workflows and reporting systems
Technical Competencies
Successful candidates should possess the following technical abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data management
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and workflow management tools
