Position Overview
A reputable organization in the mining sector is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team in Boshoek, Rustenburg. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Human Resources administration, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the HR department by handling administrative processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting compliance and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Record Keeping
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
- Ensure proper filing and organisation of HR documentation
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes from hiring to exit
HR Systems & Compliance
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labour regulations
General HR Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and management
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources Management (essential)
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator role (advantageous)
- Experience with MIE background screening portals (advantageous but not required)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data capturing and HR systems management skills
- Understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements
