Position Overview
The Co-Ordinator – Oxford ensures that all quality food products are received, prepared, and served according to Pedros’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
This role is perfect for energetic, passionate individuals eager to grow their career in restaurant operations and fast-food management while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with SOP
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met
- Prepare menu items efficiently while maintaining speed of service
- Deliver excellent customer service and support team members
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric/NQF4)
- Minimum 1-year related experience in restaurant or fast-food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
