Position Overview
Dis-Chem is seeking a Customer Consultant for their Jakaranda store in Pretoria. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and store departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to customers regarding products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently
- Ensure accurate data capturing and documentation
- Manage customer benefits programme processes and reporting
- Monitor and manage promotional items and inventory control
- Respond to customer queries via email and other communication platforms
- Maintain effective communication with management and team members
- Coordinate and manage in-store promotions and events
- Ensure visibility of promotional and benefits programme signage
- Train staff on customer service and benefits programme procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (Minimum 60% in English, Afrikaans, and Maths Literacy)
- At least 1 year experience in administration, customer service, or public relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Willingness to work retail hours
Advantageous Qualifications
- Qualification in Administration, Customer Service, or Public Relations
- SAP experience
- Additional language proficiency
