Position Overview

The Customer Service Agent – Europcar Vanderbijlpark role is designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer check-in and check-out rental processes efficiently
  • Handle reservations, including bookings, amendments, and cancellations
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries
  • Perform administrative duties such as capturing fuel records, billing, and reporting
  • Monitor overdue rentals and follow up accordingly
  • Ensure vehicle quality control, safety, and compliance standards
  • Report expired licenses, service issues, and vehicle concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the branch
  • Safeguard company assets and customer property
  • Support branch operations with additional duties as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or front office roles
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving experience
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime
