Position Overview
Rosebank College is looking for a motivated and dynamic Student Advisor to join its team in Gqeberha. This role is ideal for individuals interested in sales jobs in education, student recruitment, and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the brand, recruiting prospective students, and guiding them through their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Marketing
- Conduct school presentations to matric learners
- Promote Rosebank College in new and existing markets
- Represent the brand at career expos and events
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with schools, educators, and communities
Student Recruitment & Sales
- Follow up with prospective students via calls and online platforms
- Conduct career consultations and provide study guidance
- Assist students with application processes
- Respond to telephonic and online enquiries
- Ensure students are aware of application deadlines
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, students, and educators
- Host and attend events to strengthen partnerships
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales or customer service jobs
- Strong understanding of the South African higher education system
