Position Overview
The Waitron – Oxford Street role is ideal for energetic and motivated individuals passionate about restaurant service and fast-paced teamwork.
You will ensure that all food products are received, prepared, and served according to Pedros’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), while delivering exceptional service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP
- Uphold food safety standards consistently
- Prepare menu items efficiently while maintaining speed of service
- Provide excellent customer service and support team members
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric/NQF4)
- Minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or fast-food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
