Position Overview: Sales Lead – MENA

CBRE Excellerate is hiring a Sales Lead – MENA based in Dubai to drive business growth across the UAE and wider Middle East and North Africa region.

You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining strategic client relationships while delivering revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify and target key sectors to expand the facilities management sales pipeline
  • Present CBRE Excellerate’s service offerings to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and successfully close high-value sales deals
  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant qualification (HNC/D, Degree, or equivalent)

  • At least 3 years’ experience within the Facilities Management (FM) industry
  • Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline development

  • Strong understanding of Facilities Management business operations
  • Knowledge of financial and commercial principles
  • Ability to analyze business data and develop strategic solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic is advantageous
