Position Overview

The Creditors Clerk will provide clerical and administrative support for vendor accounts, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and resolution of creditors’ queries. This temporary position (3–6 months) is ideal for finance professionals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process creditors’ (vendors) invoices according to set requirements.
  • Reconcile creditors’ accounts and resolve queries accurately and within deadlines.
  • Liaise with Operations, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Manage and monitor filing systems, including reconciliations, invoices, and payments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate with Accountancy and Mathematics.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience within a creditors’ environment.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including the ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets using formulas and edit MS Word documents.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
