Position Overview
The National Sales Manager will lead Multi Green’s sales strategy nationally. This role requires a visionary, strategic, and hands-on leader to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and mentor regional sales teams. The ideal candidate is results-driven, values collaboration, and thrives in a dynamic agricultural sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Regional Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets
- Grow and manage key accounts across South Africa
- Build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor regional sales activities, track performance, and analyse sales trends
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and sales projections
- Utilize CRM systems for pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Guide distributors and dealers on company policies and SOPs
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop sales managers for peak performance
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- Computer literate
- 8–10 years’ experience in a similar sales management role
- Strong English and Afrikaans communication skills
- Clear criminal record
- Traceable references in a similar capacity
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
