💼 What You’ll Be Doing
This is a customer-facing sales role focused on beauty products. Key responsibilities include:
- Helping customers choose cosmetics and providing excellent service
- Demonstrating products (makeovers, promotions, sprays)
- Driving sales targets and brand performance
- Managing stock levels, including damaged/expired items
- Keeping displays attractive and up to date
- Handling customer complaints (and escalating when needed)
- Staying informed about beauty trends and products
- Assisting with salon bookings and promotions
✅ Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Retail experience (sales consultant role)
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work retail hours (weekends, holidays)
⭐ Nice-to-Have (Advantageous)
- Experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or beauty
- Sales training or promotions experience
- Bilingual ability
- Stock management knowledge
