Position Overview
The Skincare Therapist – Drunk Elephant & Shiseido role is based in Tygervalley, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering premium skincare consultations, and maintaining exceptional brand standards.
This role is ideal for individuals with skincare knowledge, retail experience, and a passion for luxury beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Track individual and counter performance
- Drive product sales through consultations and recommendations
- Assist with in-store events and promotions
- Provide feedback on sales performance and customer insights
Brand Management
- Maintain brand image through grooming and presentation standards
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
- Ensure merchandising aligns with brand guidelines
- Track stock levels and report shortages
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional skincare consultations and customer service
- Build long-term client relationships and brand loyalty
- Attract new customers and grow the client database
Administration
- Complete daily tracking sheets and weekly reports
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems
- Submit reports timeously
Teamwork
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Support onboarding of new staff
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Previous retail and skincare experience
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and client service
